1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Napigation. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Definitions

• "The App" – The Napigation application for iOS and Android
• "We" / "Our" – The developers and operators of Napigation
• "You" / "Your" – The user of the app
• "Content" – Locations, routes, settings, and information saved in the app
• "Services" – All features and services provided by the app

3. License to Use

3.1 License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal purposes only.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• ❌ Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• ❌ Reverse engineer the app
• ❌ Use the app for commercial purposes without a license
• ❌ Impersonate another user
• ❌ Use bots or automated tools
• ❌ Bypass security mechanisms

4. Use of the App

• The app does not require a user account or registration. All data is stored locally on your device.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your saved locations and routes
• Backup: We recommend backing up your data periodically (data export)
• Deletion: You can delete all your data at any time through the app settings

6. Location Use

6.1 Location Permissions

The app requires background location access for proximity alerts. This means the app tracks your location even when closed, only when you have actively activated an alarm. Tracking stops automatically:

• Upon arrival at the destination
• After a maximum of 5 hours
• Upon manual deactivation

Location data is not stored on our servers and is not transferred to third parties. Details: Privacy Policy.

6.2 Responsible Use

• Do not rely on the app as your sole safety measure
• Alerts are for convenience only and are not guaranteed to always work
• You are responsible for complying with all traffic and safety laws

7. User Content

• You are responsible for all content you create (location names, descriptions)
• Your content must not violate any laws or rights of others
• Your personal locations and routes are private — they will not be shared with others

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services: Supabase, OpenStreetMap/LocationIQ, Amplitude, RevenueCat, Expo. Use of these services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for these services.

9. Service Availability

The app is provided "as is" (AS-IS). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ❌ We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• ❌ We are not liable for loss of data or profits
• ❌ We are not liable for traffic accidents or physical harm
• ❌ Use of the app is at your sole risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of misuse.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of Israel.

15. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription, processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies.

16. Agreement

By using the app, you declare that:
